ORDERING

Our website shop is open for orders 24hrs a day. We accept payments via paypal a secure way to pay online.  Alternatively, you can email us at: enquiries@babyshowersnappycakes.com  and we will call you back at our earliest opportunity. Any orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  If you are local or can visit our  shop, we have many gifts on specials, plus save on cost of postage & packaging.

COOKIES

We take great care in packaging our cookies safely for shipping. We send out our bouquets in custom designed packaging with bubble wrap, created to ensure the cookies arrive in perfect condition. However accidents can happen, so if any of your decorated cookies arrive completely broken, the damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to be considered for credit. Only cookies that are completely broken will be considered for credit/refund, and we may require the bouquet be returned to us or photographed for proof of damage before a credit/refund is issued. It`s not that we don`t believe you, but our couriers like to see. We are not responsible for chips or defects in the appearance of our decorated cookies that may happen during transit, or for minor breakage.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS

We accept payment by cheque, please note goods will be dispatched when cheque clears, this could take up to five working days.  Cheques should be made payable to "All Occasions Gift Wrap" and sent to the address on our contact page. Baby Showers and Nappy Cakes is a subsidery company of All Occasions Gift Wrap - you will be forwarded to All Occasions Gift Wrap when paying online.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Our standard postage on all UK mainland orders are at a cost of £7.99 these are tracked deliveries. Delivery normally arrives within 2-3 days, please note some Nappy Cakes may incur a slight additional charge due to their size and weight. Delivery will be attempted twice and if the delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left for you to call the courier, he/she will arrange a convenient time to deliver all goods. For customers who would like to pick up goods from our warehouse shop (no postage and packaging costs) please email us or contact us so that all goods are ready to be picked up on your arrival. We offer a Saturday delivery, please contact us for further details.  Saturday deliveries are charged at £15.99 subject to availability of goods. Next day delivery available if ordered before 12pm.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched the same working day if placed before 12pm, any order placed after this time will be processed the following day, please note special delivery requires a signature so please ensure somebody is there to sign for all goods. Goods ordered on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday to be received on Tuesday. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. For rates to other countries please call us on 01902 334014 and we will work out during despatch. We will always endeavour to deliver sooner.  We can offer local deliveries same day, please call us on 01902 334014 or 07931 805 198 and inform us of your requirements.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of damage or loss of Goods shall pass to you on delivery, or if you fail to take delivery of the Goods at the time when the Goods are delivered (or delivery is attempted) to you in accordance with your instructions.

Title in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods and on our receipt of full payment. Legal ownership of the Goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you or if the Goods are returned in accordance with any cancellation, refund, return or exchange policy.

All images shown on our website are for illustration purposes.  We will always do our best to provide products as described but as products may be discontinued by suppliers we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. We will always include products of the same quality and price, this includes clothing and soft toys.

We accept secure payments through Paypal, any card details submitted through paypal are not seen or made available to us.  You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and can pay by card.  You can use your
credit or debit cards to make payments via paypal. Once you have placed your order you will be directed to paypal account and your receipt will show "ALL OCCASIONS GIFT WRAP"

 

When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. You should retain this as proof of purchase. Once this has been issued  your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

All goods should be checked and any discrepancies that you may have should be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the goods, either by phone or email and we will endeavour to make sure that all customers are treated fairly and promptly.  Full refunds minus the delivery charges will be given to the customer if the goods are returned in their original packaging unopened.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any toiletries due to hygiene reasons.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any data collected during transactions will not be passed on to any third party, this data is solely collected for order dispatch and will be destroyed once goods have been dispatched.

We use secure payment via paypal, credit card details are not seen by the company.  An email is sent to the dispatch department once payment has been made securely.
